JLY 4/1/2011 Location 9258 was originally MEYER AUS BERLIN, but has been replaced with current clip, per PCU’s notes below. GEH should make a note on the paper file for the clip and decide what to do with nitrate clip of MEYER AUS BERLIN.
Notes on MEYER AUS BERLIN were “PCU rehoused. May not be Turconi.” PAGU, Germany, Ernst Lubistch (1914).
PCU 4/1/2011 Title inventory 0377, MEYER AUS BERLIN, is definitely not a Turconi. I obtained, it, I think, from one of the two Slovenian archives when the film was rediscovered. The clip should be taken out of the Turconi project, as it doesn't belong there (but of course GEH should keep the scan!). |
