I looked at it last time when I was in London, don't remember now for what reason. Probably colour. BFi online catalogue lists it as KINDER-KARNO IN NIZZA 1911 with an alternative reading of the title as Kinder-KORNO ( and a caveat that country and year are unknown) - all of which are clear symptoms of misreadings as in German neither Karno nor Korno exist. So I investigated distribution titles in Germany of the period and found that the film in question must be KINDER-BLUMEN-KORSO, listed by Birrett as an Edison Production from 1907. This also fits well with the crude coloration which can't be French 1911 but can be US 1907.
