Friuli 10766 ... 10767: Found in open plastic slide box containing unlabeled slide frames or even unframed clippings 10756...10776. Between #10758 and #10759, a title slide presumably made by Davide Turconi was found that reads [4 fotogrammi di IL POVERELLO DI ASSISI Cines ( 1911 ) ] - UR, DC.
Friuli 12118...12318: Mounted in slide frames. Divided into 11 boxes labeled: [Francesco d’Assisi ] with a corresponding Roman numeral. JLY 6/24/2010 Given how organized the GEH & Friuli material was (in separate packets), it would be interesting to compare the Bernardini clippings to see where they came from.
JLY 7/24/2008 Updated Screened at Bologna, Il Cinema Ritrovato 2008. I’m fairly certain it was a copy of the Joye print, as it was splicey, and I’m pretty sure the splices matched up with Turconi’s clippings. It was BW.
