Joye catalogue 1960 mentions Ambrosio as the production company. Not likely, as print has no Ambrosio edge code. The Joye catalogue is very confusing in relation to this title (see also cat. 898) - PCU, Apr 15, 2010.
Definitely an Eclipse film, as per Joye catalogue entry 898 (”embossed logo”). PCU, Apr 22, 2010

Identification as BILLIGE SCHUHE based on comparison between Joye Catalogue # 831 and same number in paper divider and frames. Title corresponds to the action shown by the images. Please note that the images of # 931 and 846 are the same. The two entries should be merged. Also, Joye Catalogue # 898 says that the Eclipse trademark is embossed on the film. Therefore, both entries should be listed as Eclipse productions. Frame line and negative aperture are also similar to those of most of the other Eclipse fragments in the collection.
